Mission

Our mission is to provide a safe, professional, and courteous team that serves Sabetha and the surrounding communities. This mission requires members to be part of a capable, aggressive, well trained fire department focused on fire suppression, rescue services, and community education.

Profile

SFD currently has a fleet of trucks that consists of city pumper 33, country pumpers 32 & 34, tanker 35, brush 1 & 2, and rescue 37. We have Ranger 1 for brush fires aswell as our rescue boat. In addition to these vehicles we have equipment to perform grain bin rescue, ice rescue, water rescue, motor vehicle extrication, search and rescue, and fire suppresion.
